You Are in the Spirit
The whole idea about walking in the Spirit is the yielding of your will to the Word of God as well as the Spirit of God.
The power of the Holy Spirit that resurrects your dying body will also breathe life into you right now. Walking in the Spirit is possible even if it does not seem to be a reality at the moment. God would not have told us to do something that is not possible. He is also so very gracious to help you as well.
The Soul of Man
So many people want to know what the difference is between the spirit of man and soul of man. Discerning the truth about the difference between our spirit and our soul can be complicated because the Word of God, as a sword, is the only way to separate the two. I used to listen to my soul, thinking it was my spirit talking. What the Holy Spirit is speaking through your own human spirit may be entirely different than what your soul is speaking.
The soul is not instantly saved like the spirit of man. It takes time to allow the truth that is in the Word to be implemented in the soul. You can speed up this process by humbly accepting the truth. As it begins to change the way you think, you will see your soul becoming more like Jesus.
