Protection in Prayer

Our home is with the Most High and our covering is the outstretched wings of the cherubim. They are positioned on either side of the Mercy Seat where God sits enthroned. The Ark of the Covenant was a replica of a full-sized version in Heaven. God told Moses to be sure to make everything exactly as he had been told on the mountain.

I ask you to approach the throne of grace and receive mercy now in the shadow of the Most High. “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Heb. 4:16). You are so close that the wings of those mighty angels cast a shadow over you as you feel the comfort of His presence. You begin to pray with a knowing that He will grant you your requests because you just want to spend time with Him.

Make sure that you understand how protected you are in this place of visitation prayer. You will begin to realize that no evil could ever succeed against you. Anyone who committed evil against you would have to do it in the very presence of the Most High. Prayer and fellowship will happen without any interruption because nothing shall harm you. Not even a disease will be able to infect you. The power and presence of the Holy One will not allow it. Pray on, my beloved. He is your Protector.
